Blogging....isn't easy....ugh

Is there a book called Blogging for Dummies? If so I need a copy....I just don't seem to get this... I need major help setting up my page if you couldn't already tell seeing how life like our picture is...HELP WANTED looking for an expeirenced blogger who has time and patience with unskilled new to this blogger....
